The following terms and conditions are in the version valid on the day of the order for all purchase contracts between BLOOMINGWOOD and customers. By placing the order, the customer agrees to these GTC and their inclusion as part of the contract and is bound by them.

right of withdrawal
Customers, consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons.
Standard products can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. § 11 paragraph 1 FAGG.
Personalized products cannot be returned.
The purchase price will be refunded if the goods are sent back to BLOOMINGWOOD step by step.
The customer has to bear the costs for a return due to withdrawal from the contract.

The warranty is subject to legal regulations.
Compensation for defects or consequential damage, as well as other property damage, financial damage and damage to third parties, unless it is a consumer transaction, is excluded.

a. The purchase price of the ordered goods applies, which can be seen from the price list.

b. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are gross prices including statutory sales tax and excluding the shipping costs incurred.

All my items are made to order. The delivery time is 10-14 working days depending on the product.

Je nachdem auf welcher Fläche du das Produkt aus Holz anbringen möchtest, empfehlen wir dir unterschiedliche Produkte.

Bei Türschildern mit Lederband-Aufhängung empfehlen wir dir transparente Klebehaken.

Bitte beachte die von den Herstellern angegeben Hinweise.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pickup is also possible.

Please select PICK UP instead of shipping at checkout.

Are custom-made products possible?

If the time utilization permits, we are also happy to accept custom-made products for a small surcharge.

Kann ich die Produkte auch im Außenbereich verwenden?

Unsere Produkte sind aus unbehandeltem Holz hergestellt. Für eine langfristige Nutzung im Außenbereich sind diese daher nicht geeignet.

Who pays the shipping costs in case of a return?

In the case of a return, the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer himself.

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a material defect.
