How long is the processing time?

All my items are made to order. The delivery time is 10-14 working days depending on the product.

Do you need an urgent gift? Feel free to contact me and I'll see what can be done.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pickup is also possible.

Please select PICK UP instead of shipping at checkout.
You will therefore not be charged any shipping costs.

I will contact you and we can arrange an appointment.

Are custom-made products possible?

If the time utilization permits, we are also happy to accept custom-made products for a small surcharge.

Sold out/availabilities

Unfortunately, we cannot rule out that some products are not available from our producers due to delivery problems.

If this is the case,
we will inform you immediately after your order and tell you the availability date or find an alternative together.

Can I cancel my order?

Standard products can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. Section 11 (1) FAGG ​

Who pays the shipping costs in case of a return?

In the case of a return, the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer himself.

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a material defect.
